By joining our herd share, you agree to receive emails from the farm. This will include announcements, events, recipes, and other news that is important regarding herd shares and the farm.

When contacting us, please use email. Texts and messenger while quick are also quickly lost and make it harder to serve you well.

We are out of the office each weekend. We strive to reply in 24 hours to your communications. Emails from over the weekend will be replied to on Monday by the end of the day whenever possible.


To make a change to your account (or if you would like email in the change; we will make it for you) please wait till the day after your distribution and before the times listed below depending on your delivery day: 
Order changes for Mondays must be made before 1pm on Fridays.
Order changes for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday distributions must be made before 1pm on Mondays.
Order changes for Friday's distributions must be made before 1pm on Thursdays.
We are out of the office each Saturday and Sunday.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made every week, year round. It is our responsibility to deliver your herd share and your responsibility to pick it up.

Any share modifications must be made before 3pm on Monday for Tuesday and Wednesday’s distributions and before 3pm on Thursday for Friday distributions.

Your account will be billed because the herd share was delivered, regardless if you pick it up or not.

If your share is not picked up on time (times vary per location), it will be removed from the fridge to ensure all milk is fresh.


You can cancel your herd-share at any time by emailing us two weeks in advance. Any boarding service fees not utilized as well as herd-share buy ins will also be refunded upon request minus a processing fee of $5.
